Benjamin Netanyahu, menunjukkan kepada Piers Morgan peta Timur Tengah dan menjelaskan posisi Israel yang “dikepung” negara-negara mayoritas muslim. Begini petikan wawancaranya:
PM (Piers Morgan): “So, Prime Minister, I mean this is the famous Netanyahu map that everyone talks about in your office. And, I guess what is fascinating to me is when you look at this in scale, is how small Israel seems by comparison to the Middle East.”
BN (Benjamin Netanyahu): “How small it is. I mean, the Middle East starts here, sort of there on the edge of the wall. That’s Morocco, this is Tunisia, this is Libya which is about 100 times the size of Israel. Egypt, about 40 times the size of Israel. This is the Sinai desert. Saudi Arabia, God knows how many times. Iraq, Syria, Iran…”
